Soul vs Atma

Thanks to @RajivMessage and supporters of the Infinity foundation (like http://beingdifferentforum.blogspot.de/) for doing immense research and coming up with concrete solutions that helps the likes of a Yoga teacher like me. Based on readings and their experiences, some of the framework and references have been significantly altered in my Yoga teachings in western paadigm and world. Following are possibly my own interactions which may or may not be thought by other sources.

Soul vs Atma

Open any yoga website or modern age Gurus English terminology, you will find the following-  Body, Mind and Soul. Any Indian reader would miss its obvious Anglicized twisting and digestion of meanings which have far deeper impact to unassuming yoga teacher and unassuming yoga student.

In Yogic version or Vedic version we have the Gayathri Mantra, Kaya- thiri or 3 bodies and meaning goes like "Let our (not mine) Buddhi be illumined by Self effulgent and may we together meditate upon the Light of the Self , the Atma"

We have a Sthula Sarira , Sukshuma Sarira , Karana Sarira and then the Atma as per the Gayathri mantra.

Try mapping this to Body Mind Soul paradigm and what you get is

Body - Sthula
Mind - Sukshuma
Soul - Karana

(Am NOT delving here into chitta, samskaras, buddhi , ahamkar tattva)

And what does western yoga studios and lot of modern indian yoga ashrams tell you , Go to your soul , Go to our Core.The above mapping is incompatible. The Atmic concept of the western followers is therefore nothing but the Empowerment of Jeeva  with all its defects refusing to submit itself to nameless. Others soul has therefore become the Ego and ones own "Soul".

Bharathiya version is Atma asks for Buddhi to meditate on the Atma which is pure, defectless, already liberated , sanatan etc. Since the Atma is impersonal , there is no your atma and my atma per say but there can your soul and my soul which is going through birth-death phenemenon. In tamil its called uyir (உயிர்)

As a result, a set of Methodology has been created where being the Self degenerated as being the Soul, has actually become being the Ego, a ego with full puff of knowledge. By the power vested thanks to the  mayic understanding of one Self as the Soul , they go to transform the lesser Egos. This is state of the western and confused indian yoga centers today. A classic case of blind leading the blind.

The Bharathiya version handles this problem with the Guru Parampara where Guru is the highest Power center authority who can at the right time remove the Ego of willing seeker. Even Gods can only shower the grace but only Guru can remove the Ego.Therefore a Guru has higher position to the seeker than God. (Check Murugas imparting upadesam to Brahma or Siva or Auvaiyaar). Here Standards for Guru is the highest who has successfully removed Ego himself through his divine and Guru channel who is fit for such a thing and who is not bound by Karma of associating with the disciple (Guru is the Shakthi which made the Guru presenting itself in a human form as per Guru Brahma Guru Vishnu ....)

In the modern system, Wisdom has comes ones own life and from indian hidden sources through a bit of Guru shopping here and there which cant be fully revealed. This includes Indian practioners as well. So the modern systems has sufficiently gone on to create teacher systems which do not trace to any guru parampara and churning out trainers in 2-3 years are bypassing Guru parampara. The danger is they are preaching what they themselves could never fully practise. So you have MindFullness teachers who cant practise mindfullness, Ego removers who themselves are full of egos. But wait , this cant be told even by sincere seekers in public because their livelihood depends on it.

There is a tamil saying "paambin kaal paambariyum" (பாம்பின் கால் பாம்பறியும்)
The criteria for teacher is to experience the problem, solve it atleast partially at a certain level and then share it with the public with truthful admission of the same, given the modern circumstances. This will need tremendous sincerity and Satya in the heart provided livlihood is not on the line.

The solution is therefore to reintegrate the Self - Atma in the place of soul so that unassuming people dont seek their personal soul but the Higher Self. Beyond that the inner Guru somehow has to be made the center of practise. Yoga and Self Enquiry - atma vichara shakes the very foundations of the mind and social paradigms , this for many people has become very very depressive. The indian system complements the practioner with large heart and warm social structure where Satsanga , family and temple infrastructure , astrology supports this unique phase of the seeker. in the western world , this is provided by the commercialised pyscological counselling. Somebody has to counsel the psycologists , otherwise they would go mad in this mad world ......

From now on all my usage in all my yoga sessions would be Vedic and Vedantic terminology , 100% crediting the source of 5000 + year civilisation and my Guru parampara.....No more souls , but Self

I was focussing too much on the Ascending current of kundalini that needs to awakened by Tapas.But I always understood that the call to Tapas cannot be there until there is Grace of Kundalini herself.Thats why GuruMahans Velvi induces the upward pull for Soul towards higher centres of consciousness.

Subject : Taking a priniciple, putting it into Practise and seeing the results. This is the way to realise and live spiritual life. Ultimately this is the best approach.

The Descent and then Ascent

Surrender and Tapas were not fully harmonised in my understanding

- Descending current of Kundalini - Arul or Grace

-  Ascending current of Kundalini  - Yogic Force or Tapas

This puzzle is fixed in complete intuitive understanding and actual action of the Forces for realisation, both ascending and descending current.

Kundalini Creation and Evolution

At the time of creation , the Kundalini (Both Static and Dynamic poles) are one undifferentiated and when the Kundalini descends downwards for creation - the static pole called Brammam (which is dynamic in terms of Universal Self, Self of indivual Self) & The dynamic pole called Kundalini manifests , In normal terms Creation happens. After localisation in the body for purposes of individual life, Kundalini is not fully active and is dormant at the base of the spine. For this to be awakened into a constant current Upwards which is the purpose of life to execute the Karmic impressions , Natures force descends into the being every day during sleep to awaken the portion of Mighty Universal Energy into action (infinitesimally small) over millions of years , this is called Evolution.Sleep is so mysterious precisely for this purpose , for without sleep nature cannot take control of evolution of a Being.Transcending sleep will handled over to individual with more union into Supreme consciousness. (GuruMahan is an adept in this)

Mother Kundalini Above and Kundalini below

This Force from above the head descending downwards is called Grace. This grace cannot be seen or felt because it is beyond the domain of normal waking consciousness (Mind , emotion senses and outer life). But with the Kundalini Initiation and when the being is sufficiently ready by other means for following Natures energy at the Energy level (without other manifestations in a conscious way) we say the Yoga Sadhana has begun.

Nature of Ego in Work

This Individual localisation of energy for fulfilling individual karma is called Jivatma ,part of divine self (Integrated Differential of Higher Self) acting under the identity of compartmentalised consciousness is called ego .This Ego can only surrender to the higher force and the secret of Karma Yoga "No sense of Doership" can physically happen only when the Force executing life is felt in actual experience. This surrender is not in the hands of the Ego for then that is a self contradiction.

The Ego cannot give up individuality because there is a fear of then who will do it ? When the Divine Force or Force of Karma makes the mind consciously work then Ego is honest enough to realise that the Work will be done irrespective of nature of Individual force and need not drain itself. If there is no experience of Higher force there is no Logic of Surrender , since Surrender is possible to Higher force. It is in the hands of the Divine Force to penetrate itself into the Individual to bring about realisation in the Individual consciousness , the individual consciousness can then gradually let itself free of the shackle of responsibility because the work will anyway be done by the Higher force and the individual Ego can position itself as much as a instrument in the hands of higher force

symptoms of Egoless Work/ Dharma

The experience can be felt in terms of "No mental tired ness or draining should happen" when there is surrender because the Ego is at complete rest and uses the higher force for the individual Integrated work for higherplane included to be executed through it.This is called Dharma.(Svadharma- ones own duty) The individual is completely in harmony and can be patient for higher force to work itself out in the physical and other planes of waking conscious life.

Sleep & Divine Force

The sleep is also the most dynamic action of Nature on the human being where the mind descends inside and the energy acts deep inside the individual kundalini to prepare the Individual being for evolution the next day. GuruMahan mentions in Pratyahara speech about this .. " The Shakti (Energy) from the Universe descends into the top of head and flows until the end of Mooladara, it again meets in the Forehead eye"

Thats why sleep is very very important, the state of realisation could be compared to that of the mind being completely at rest and yet completely awake to all forces of nature acting at all Dimensions of existence.

State of Vedic Wisdom

Upanishads Call this experience as "Seeing everything in One and One in Everything". Unity in Diversity. Diverse manifestation of same Unity (Truth) Bharat(India) is soul for this priniciple solely responsible for taking this Universal Harmony. Kashmir is battle for same priniciple of Unity in Diversity and peaceful co-existence. Anything against this is force of ignorance. Seeing Unity as completely different or Not accepting the diverse nature of Single truth is equally errneous and devastating for Human race and evolution in general.

Bases of Yoga (The real purpose is to surrender to Divine. Forcing the individual desires on the NaturesWill , will make it ,  not natural anymore.

 Neither should one bring down this as the mental compartmentalisation of the higher truth and force it on the nature will which puts more resistance of the actual divine work. Everything should be worked inside out as ordained and wished by the Higher force.

Force of Habit and Force required to change it

The force of habit is very powerful in the machinery of human life. The slower one gets used to things the longer it takes to come out of it. It applies for both positive and negative ways of life. Positive like meditation , negative like Sensual or sensory expression .

How to change ones own ways ? often the addiction to certain habits (as basic as coffee ) are far difficult to get rid off. According to Patanjali one cannot get rid of a force or eliminate it. The ancients (Rishis and Sages) understood this and all they did was to channelise the forces never suppress them. This key point is today forgotten in most of the spiritual schools and spiritual seekers and we try to realise High impractical moral ideas , the very idea in conflict with human life. One has to force oneself to do these things like intense Breathing practises or Mudras.  Force is not natural on its own because one day it will fall away. Whatever is not permanent is not considered worthwhile pursuing in Yoga.

To get rid of coffee , drink tea, trying to get up early, one has to sleep early. To get rid of computers , smartphones have come. To get rid of Orkut, Facebook is now available and so on.

The idea of moral spiritual ideals are experienced to be really impractical.

The Samskaras to be transformed in the Brain and Chitta , one need to have the force of Divine. Nothing else can change it. Divine force might veil itself and give the Ego to the person to do Tapas and thereby get rid of , but the Divine force has to act always irrespective of from behind the veil or in front of Conscious.

Harping on bad habits , only lends strength to them. Rather than thinking I should not do this and do that , it is better to think what I should do and carry on doing it until it fills our conscious entirely so that other impressions are transformed.

Although the updated blue print (read this before you proceed) is realized, somehow all that is good cannot be practised and all that is knowingly bad or unnecessary for Inner and internal development does not go away - Why ? 

This has been the question in my heart and this is resolved as well in more clarity like a nail in the head.

Its known that body made of 5 elements goes into mud 

After knowing so much  we fall again and again - Why ? Its called MAYA

Veda Vedanta is known ,

Shastras are known , the Sasvada is also known that all little gods dont exist

Its known that all of them are baggages of books

That the body is an Air Bag

Knowing all this one falls into ditch and dies - Why ? MAYA

This brings us to question knowing the six gunas, vedas and shastras and all aspects still one cant follow them in its entirety , Why ? Maya

There are 3 kinds of malas to a human being , Anava mala , maya Mala and karma Mala

• Normal classes of people have all 3
• Advanced Beings have only Anava malam and Maya malam.
• Super beings like Avatars like Swami Vivekananda, Gurumahan have only Anava Malam which is cleansed immediately from young age through self realisation

My category is Maya malam and Anava Malam , not so affected by Karma because of its positivity, if anything it has to be transformed into Vikarma. Sufficient dharma has already cleansed it beyond the genetic effects

How to conquer Maya ?

Maya can be conquered only by MayaShakthi. This maya shakthi is verily creation, so the creative energy has to be retraced in daily meditation for this veil to be pierced

The root of Maya Shakthi is above this body, for this Shakthi was present as ultimate divinity which split itself to fashion the body and bring itself as life including all the veils, make divine portion a human being under conditions of life and freezing the divine within the human (or for that matter any living being)

Understanding this is key to piercing the veil

Transformation its Agent and one getting transformed

AGENT of Transformation is always outside and independent.

The principle and idea of change coming from within and being the change one wants to be is all but false although it may have some truth from a outer perspective. It is not change that is needed but transformation, a flowering of the inner potential into evolutionary something better.

There are 2 forces here.

• Agent of Transformation (AoT)- Eternal constant unchanging
• Agent under Transformation (AuT) - Instrument (individual cosmic soul life body complex)

Both are 2 different and completely independent agents. The Agent of Transformation is often confused with the agent under transformation. AoT is permanent Eternal , it is not even the individual soul , (part of cosmic divine) for it transforms as well. AoT has to be the Advaitic reality , in its Creative part the Maya Shakthi as well

AuT is the individual mind self body etc.even including the manifesting cosmic universe. AuT surrendering is declaring a Spiritual bankruptcy so that the system takes over permanently,.What can happen is in the mean time there is little recovery in the Shakthi and AuT has not been completely Taken over and Rebel elements comes starts its works

The Shakthi inside the body is useless and all work from within with will etc is all a total waste which cannot stand the test of Time.

A total surrender when understood from this light is MahaShakthi is total give up on the life of individual (here Vijay) and personality as such with all its ideas of ashram,spiritual development etc. Everything is absolutely useless and ignorant

மஹாசக்தி எல்லாம் பார்த்துக்குவா. 

RDIU SW development all goals etc is the burden of MahaShakthi and longer individuals. The Sadhana has already received a irreversable step. What is meant here is it has to be as per non human aspect and not the human one.

From the external persons point of view, the individual does the job perfectly. but from the inner point of view, the Human is a proxy for the divine when purified and its the burden of the divine to get the work done in her own way. Thats the absolute way for the divine life.

This kind of balance is seen in the ancient life of india where the society was conducive to such living. But in todays circumstances such a state would be difficult but not out of the reach of the Divine (for the divine everything is possible if left to her.)

this includes indulging in the seva of the Asharam. Divine divine and  divine , deviation into the other paths like Sri Ramana Maharishis silence however lofty and noble it is other than receiving the Shakthi Aavahanam results in chaos and disorder using of the 3 lower forces of survival , sexual instinct money and if not other subtle diversions like name and fame,vanity.

Even a Yogi who has overcome the 3 lower forces falls an addict to the name and fame. If not then self centredness and pride of the divine instrumental personality (am a great yogi etc)

Somehow (s)he is brought down. This is not humitlity , but brutal facts , a sincere and honest intellect  can live with this or perish because of the weight of its own falsehood it knowingly carries. 

The ego has no simply no basis in front of ever opening of the truth a very slow deep process of life. 

To Conclude this : The 3 malas of the human being only be Tapas is required to burn Karma after whose practise effortless Tapas results in the grace being received which comes the Effortless Tapas and burden of Tapas is then the divines. My siutaiton is exactly here.

From the Shakthi generated out of Tapas within the individual (body), the MahaShakthi  outside is realized. Then comes the maya malam which can be taken only by a complete Polar shift in these 2 Energies.

Only a individual whose Kundalini pole is above and not below can overcome the power of Maya and its manifestations.

That is not sufficient condition but this Upper pole above the head has to be conquered so completely that lower pole is first ignored to rest in the Upper pole and then from the Upper pole completely transform the below in methods and time of the Upper pole

Next steps are not known for they are not in domain pf experience ...lets see how many years this step takes

Ah I forgot this incessant necessity to share everything and teach others is the most subtle and noble form of Super Ego which needs to conquered as well by Shakthi MahaShakthi

His translations are based ALWAYS on a text critical approach, philology, comparative linguistics, cross referencing with Buddhist texts, and archaeology.

Rohini >> As to the dharmasutra "you haven't heard of" - they are the early dharmasutras of Aashvalaayana,Gautama,Baudhaayana and Vasishtha - all of whom are bona fide masters of their Vedic schools and who have written shrauta, grihya and sulba sutras too.

Sutras are like "Yoga Sutra , kama Sutra etc." Of course I know about Vashista Gautama n other Rishis. please chk the picture.Vashista calls it DharmaShastra and Patrick Olevelle calls it DharmaSutras of Vashista and others? Vijay >> I had done a small review of introductory section to understand how fundamentally misinformed they are. Reductionism is well researched, reviewing a whole book is beyond the scope of making blog comments. I had also seen other source of his where he defines the following

Glossary had

• "Brahman" - high caste person when Indeed it is Supreme Consciousness; 
• did not differentiate "Brahmin", "brahman"
• "Dharana" - concentration on Desired object for 12 matras. 
• The author means it as "Some weight measurement"
• Asvamedha Yaga - Horse is required to roam the country .....
• Vedas according to author is set of Rituals whereas it is Not. Vedas cannot be reduced to Grammatical parsing

The basic understanding of the author is so flawed and he references George Bühler (ManusLaw) who claims "Manu was the legendary first man, the Adam of the Hindus. This is a collection of laws attributed to him."

For example, on the Dvijan , Twice born means "birth from the womb of mother - first birth" , birth at hands of the Guru - second Birth; Initiation. But this initiation was to be had by everybody except Shudras. Even Brahmins Kshtriyas and Vaishyas were considered Shudras if they did not get initiation- Brahmopadesam. This practise is still prevalent where kshtriyas and Vaishyas wear holy thread. Author says it belongs to "Brahmincal Theology" There is deep bias from the Author on the Caste based system. Sanatan Dharma is more than 5000 years old. 500 year of degeneration is given so much weightage and tom-tommed as the entire culture and Dharma.

 So as the legitimacy of the scholar increases with how 'non-foreign' he (or she) might be, where will we draw the line? Only an Indian/Hindu can comment without us questioning the validity of his (or her) work? Well I'm Shaiva, and by that logic I don't want to accept a work on Shaivism written by a Vaishnavite. Or an aghori could say a caste Brahmin has no knowledge of what his sect is about. Or an atheist mimaamsaka could well reject the validity of the writings of a Bhakti believer in a personal God.
Where you do draw the line? 

Vijay >> Hindhusim as Sanatana Dharma is fundamentally different from Christianity in it has "No founder" . People can comment on the work but it must have necessary substance. Substance comes only through  by deep self experience. My take on authors Foreignness is not just in place but also in substance. Comparison of "Shaivaite commenting on Vaishnavites work" with "Patrick Olevelle on dharma" is like "Sonia Gandhis Swadeshiness" with "Thackerays take on Biharis as Non-mumbaikars"

Am reminded of Adi Sankaras sloka who came to rescue the most degenerated period of Sanatana Vedic culture(Vaidika dharmam). Good luck for sanskrit work

• எங்கு சென்று சிவனை தேடுவது ? சிவம் எங்கு இருக்கிறது ?
• மனிதர்களில் இருக்கிறார் ? நமக்குள்ளே அந்த சிவத்தை உணர்கிறோம்
• யாரை சிவமாக பார்க்கலாம் ? எல்லோருக்கும் சேவை செய்ய முடியுமா ?
• முதலில் தாய் தந்தைக்கு சேவை செய்ய வேண்டும்

3. தர்மம் என்றால் என்ன ?
• முதலில் தனுக்கு, தன் குடும்பத்திற்கு, பிறகு தன் சமுதாயம், பிறகு தான் உலகம்
• குடும்பமா சுய நலமா ? - குடும்பத்திற்காக  சுய நல உணர்வுகளை தியாகம் செய்தல்
• சமுதாயமா  குடும்பமா ? சமுதாயத்திற்காக குடும்ப உணர்வுகளை தியாகம் செய்தல்
• தேசமா சமுதாயமா ? தேசத்திற்காக சமுதாய உணர்வுகளை தியாகம் செய்தல்
• உலகமா தேசமா ? உலகத்திற்காக தேசிய உணர்வுகளை தியாகம் செய்தல்
• எப்படி சிலந்தி தானே தன்னிலிரிந்து வலையை பின்னியதோ அதை போல ,
• இறை ஆதியில் தன்னை மறந்திருந்த  நிலையில் தன்னுடைய எண்ணத்தால் இவை அனைத்தையும் தானே உருவாக்கி இருக்கிறது
4. இறைதன்மை ?
• ஒவ்வொன்றுக்குள்ளும் அந்த அறிவு இருக்கிறது
• ஆக மனித்க்குள்ளும் யார் புகுந்து இருக்கிறார் ? இறைவனா ?
• இறைவன் , ஆகவே உனக்குள் இருக்கின்ற இறை சக்தியை நம்பு , உன்னை நம்பு
• இறைவன் உள்ளிருக்கிறார் என்றால் , யார் வெளிப்பட வேண்டும் ? இறைதன்மை
• நாம் இறை தன்மையோடு இருகிறோமோ ? சிந்திக்க வேண்டும்
   சட்டியில் இருந்தால் தான் அகப்பையில் வரும்
5. ஏன் நமக்குள் இருக்கும் இறைவனை உணர முடிய வில்லை ? ?
• கோவில் செல்லும் போது மட்டும் இறைவனை நினைப்பதை போல , எப்பொழுதும் இறை தன்மையோடு இருக்க முடிய வில்லை ?
• என்னென்றால் நம் மனம் வெளியில் பார்த்து பார்த்து பழக்கப்பட்டது , உள்ளே செல்ல மறுக்கிறது
•  குழந்தைகளுக்கு 2 நாட்கள் டிவி காண்பித்து மூன்றாவது நாள் மறுத்தால் என்னாகும் ? எங்க போகும் ? டிவி கிட்ட செல்லும் .
  
  21 நாட்கள் பழகினால் 22 நாள் தானாகவே செல்லும்
6. கடவுள்நம்பிக்கை - கடந்த உள் நம்பிக்கை
• கடவுள் நமக்குள்ளே இருக்கிறாரா  இல்லையா ?
• எப்படி இருக்கிறார் என்று நம்புவது ?
• அதனால் தான் "கோவிலில்லா ஊரில் குடி இருக்க வேண்டாம்" என்று சொன்னார்கள்
• ஒவ்வொரு ஊரில் கோவில் கட்டி கொள்கிறோம்
7. மனித இயல்பு - மறதி
• கடவுளை நாம் மறந்து விடுகிறோம்
• மறவாமல் இருக்க ஒரு அடையாளம்  வேண்டும்
• அந்த அடையாளம் திருநீர் . "நீரில்ல நெற்றி பாள்"
• குருவே நீங்கள் நெற்றி இட்டுகொள்கிரீர்களா என்றால் "அது சிவ நீர். உள் நீர். அந்த நீரில்லா நெற்றி பாள்"
8. வர்ணாச்ரம தர்மம்

ஊரறிந்த பார்ப்பானுக்கு பூணுல் எதற்கு

• பார்பான் மட்டும் பூணூல் போடுவதில்லை
• மூன்று வர்ந்தர்களும் - வைசியர்கள் ,ஷத்ரியர்கள் , அந்தணர்கள் அந்த பூணூல் போட வேண்டும்
• எதற்கு ?
  பார்க்கும் பொருட்களை விட பார்பவேனே பெரியவன் "
• பார்பான் யார் ?அந்தணன் யார் ?
• கண் பார்கிறதா ? அறிவு பார்கிறதா ? நான் பார்கிறேன் ? யார் தன்னை உணர்கிறார்களோ அவனே பார்ப்பவன்
• நான் பார்கிறேன் , நானே கேட்கிறேன் , நானே சிந்திக்கிறேன் , நானே உறங்கினேன் , நானே கனவு கண்டேன்
• ஆக நான் என்ற விழிப்பு கனவு உறக்கம் கடந்த அந்தத்தை உணர்ந்தவன் எவனோ அவனே அந்தணன்
• அந்த பிரம்மத்தை உணர்ந்தவனே பிராம்மணன், அந்த ஆத்மாவை உணரு;அந்த ஜோதியை உணரு
• முப்புரி நூல்- தத்துவம்
• பிராம்மணனுக்கு முப்புரிநூல் என்று பெயர், அதே கயிறாய் இடுப்பில் கட்ட அரை ஞான் கயிறு
• மூன்று அறை சுற்று
• நமக்குள்ளே இருநின்ற உயிரை இயக்குவது எதுவோ அதுவே பிரம்மம் ;
9. அந்த ஆத்மாவை உணர்வதால் என்ன ?கடவுள் இருப்பதால் நமக்கென்ன பலன் ?
   ஆனந்தம் கிடைக்கும்
• உறக்கத்தில் நாம் அதை அனுபவிக்கிறோம் ,ஆனால் உணர முடியவில்லை
• ஆகவே உறக்கத்திற்கு பின்பு "நான் நன்றாக உறங்கினேன் என்று கூறுகிறோம் ,ஒன்றும் தெரியவில்லை , சுகமாக இருந்தது "
• அந்த சுகம் கடவுள்
• இல்லை என்றால் உறக்கம் இன்றி வேலை செய்து கொண்டே இருப்போம்
• எத்தனை தான் புறப்பொருட்கள் இருந்தாலும் உள்ளே ஒன்றாத வரை ஒரு ஆனந்தம் என்பதை மனிதனுக்கு அளிக்காது
• கோடி கோடி பொருள் சேர்த்தாலும் உறக்கம் இல்லை என்றால் பைத்தியம் பிடிப்பதை  போல இருக்கும்
10. சன் மார்க்கம் - ஆறு வழிகள்
• இறைவனை சிவனாக விஷ்ணுவாக முருகனாக சக்தியாக விநாயகராக வழிபட்டோம்
• ஆனால் வழிபட்ட பொருள் ஒன்று தான் , ஒன்று என்ற உணர்வோடு
• சைவம் - எல்லாம் வல்ல இறைவன் - சிவம் ஒருவர் தான்
• வைஷ்வனம்  - எல்லாம் வல்ல இறைவன் - விஷ்ணு ஒருவர் தான்
• கிருத்தவம் - எல்லாம் வல்ல இறைவன் - கர்த்தர் ஒருவர் தான்
• இஸ்லாம் -அல்லா ஒருவர் தான் -கர்த்தர் ஒருவர் தான்
• ஒன்றாக இருபதில் இதில் எது பெரியது ? எது சிறியது ?
• ஏற்ற தாழ்வுகள் இல்லை
11. தண்ணீர் பிரச்னை 
• உச்ச நீதி மன்றம் உரைத்தால் கூட ஒரு சொட்டு தண்ணீர் தமிழகத்திற்கு விட மாட்டோம்
• நாம் தமிழன் - அவர்கள் கன்னடம்  என்ற பேதைமை
• இந்தியனாக இரு - இந்திய பொருட்களை வாங்கு
• உலகில் எந்த நாட்டிலும் நாம் இப்படி சொல்வதே இல்லை. நாம் இந்தியர் என்பதை மறந்து விடுகிறோம்
• தண்ணீர் எந்த மாநிலத்திற்கும் சொந்தமானது அல்ல
• இந்தியா சட்டத்தின் படி மண்ணும் விண்ணும் நீரும் காற்றும் இந்தியாவிற்கே சொந்தம்
• உலகில் ஜீவ ஆதார பொருகளை எந்த நாடும் பிறருக்கு தடை செய்ய கூடாது
• மத்திய அரசு முறையாக தண்ணீரை காஷ்மீரம் முதல் கணியகுமரி வரை கொண்டு சென்றால் , மாநிலம் தலை இட வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை
• பூமி  யாருக்கும் சொந்தம் இல்லை ; எல்லோருக்கும் பொதுவானது
• தனி மனிதனா ? அல்லது 110 கோடி மக்குளுக்கு ஏற்பதுதபட்ட சட்டமா ?
• அதே போல் ஒவ்வொரு மனிதனுக்கும் எந்த கடவுளை எப்படி வேண்டுமானாலும் வழிபட பிறப்புரிமை உண்டு
12. எண்ணத்தில் களை எடுக்க ஆத்ம விசாரம்
• கசாப் என்ற தீவிரவாதியை பாதுகாத்து தூக்கில் போடுவதற்கு ஒரு மாதத்திற்கு 5 கோடி செலவு , எப்படிப்பட்ட ஆன்மீக பூமி நம் பூமி
• ஒரு விவசாயி களை வந்தால் என்ன செய்வார் ? வரட்டும் என்று விட்டு விடுவாரா ?
• களை என்று தெரிந்த உடனே களைந்து விடுவோம் ; களை களைதாலன்றி நல்ல பயிர்கள் விளையாது
• சிறிய களைகளாக இருக்கிற பொழுதே களைய வேண்டும் !
• அதை போல மனதில்  சிறிய களைகளாக இருக்கின்ற போதே , அதை களைய வேண்டும் !
• தேவை இல்லாத எண்ணங்களை அவ்வபோதே களைந்து விடுங்கள் !
• அதுவே ஆத்மா விசாரம் ! அதுவே தியானம் 
13. தூங்கி கண்டார் சிவம் தம்முள்ளே

துயில் பெரும் துயில் அறி துயில்

• நான் உறங்கிகிறேன் என்றால் , உடல் கடந்து மனம் கடந்து அறிவும் கடந்து ஆனந்தமாக இருத்தலே தியானம்
• ஆகவே அதி காலை விழித்து சூரியனை , இயற்கை வழிபட்டது நமது கலாச்சாரம்
• முதலில் உருவத்தை காட்டி , பிறகு உருவத்தில் உள்ள ஒளியை காட்டி , ஒளியை கடந்த உணர்வை உணர்தல்
• உடல் - சாபிடுவது , துங்குவது , போகம் தூய்பது என்ற நிலையை கொண்டது
• உண்ணா விரதம் , மௌன விரதம் ,  பௌர்ணமி அன்று கண் விழித்து கடைபிடித்து, உடல் உணர்வு கடந்து , உயிர் உணர்வோடு ஒன்றுகிறோம் .
• உயிர் உறங்குவதில்லை ; இரத்த ஓட்டம் , மூச்சின்  ஓட்டம் நிற்பதே இல்லை - உயிர் உறங்கினால் நான்கு பேர் தூக்கி செல்வார்கள்
14. உயிர் எது வழியாக இந்த உடலுக்குள்ளே வந்தது ?

உச்சியின் வழியாக

• உச்சியின் வழியாக நாம் செல்ல வேண்டும் ; அதை குறித்த நிலையில் இருக்க வேண்டும்
• தென் பகுதியிலிரிந்து இந்த உயிர் ஆற்றல் வட பகுதிக்கு செல்ல வேண்டும் 
15. கடவுளை  நம்பு ! நம்பினோர் கை விட படார் !
• கடவுளை உருவமாக  , ஒளிமாக , உணர்வாக பார்க்கலாம்
16. குரு தத்துவம் என்ன ?
                                         "மெய்-உணர்வு"
• மூலாதாரத்தில் அந்த சக்தி உடல் உணர்வு , மார்பில் மன உணர்வு  ,புருவ  மையத்தில் அறிவு  உணர்வு - ஞான உணர்வு , உச்சியில் ஆத்ம உணர்வு
• அந்த சக்தியை உச்சியில் வைத்து நினைத்தல்,
• புருவ மையத்தில் வேண்டுதல் , உறங்காது இறை உணர்விடம் வேண்டுதல்
17. பொறுமை
• நம்பிக்கை முக்கியம் ! கேட்டது கிடைக்கும் வரை பொறுமை வேண்டும்
• இறைவா எனக்கு பொறுமை கொடு
• குடும்ப வாழ்க்கைக்கு ஆதாரம் பொறுமை வேண்டும்
• மனதிற்கு பொறுமை வேண்டும் !
18. குருவை உணர்வாக நினை
• மனமே சும்மா இரு ! மனம் சும்மா இருக்க முடியுமா ?
• எதையாவது நினைக்கும் தன்மை கொண்டது
• ஆக நல்லதே நினை ! கடவுளை நினை ! கோவிலில் உருவமாக காட்ட பட்டது ! வழிபட்டோம்
• சூரியன், சந்திரன் காட்டப்பட்டது ! வழிபட்டோம்
• குரு என்ன காட்டி கொடுத்திருகிறார் ? உணர்வு எந்த உணர்வு ?
• பிரபஞ்சத்தை உருவாக்கி , காத்து , ஒடுக்குகிற உணர்வாக இருக்கின்ற சக்தியை  நினை !
19. கடவுளிடம் என்ன கேட்கலாம் ? எப்படி கேட்கலாம் ?
• நல்ல உடல் நலம் , மன வளம், நல் ஞானம் , நல் மனைவி , நல்ல பொருளாதாரம்  அனைத்தையும் கேட்டு பெற்று கொள்ளலாம்
• உணர்விடம் கேளுங்கள் கேட்டால் கிடைக்கும் ! நிச்சயம் கிடைக்கும் !
• உணர்வோடு அன்போடு , உருகத்தொடு , பக்தியோடு கேட்டால் கிடைக்கும்
• கேட்டதற்கு மேல் பண் மடங்கு கிடைக்கும்
• பக்தியில் கோவில் சென்று வழிபட்டாலும் , அகத்திலே மனம் வழிபடுகிறது ! எங்கு சென்றாலும் மனமே வழிபடுகிறது
• முழு மனதோடு உருகத்தொடு , நம்பிக்கையோடு வழிபட வேண்டும் ! வழிபட்டால் வேண்டுவது கிடைக்கும்
